Winter Fitness & Wellbeing Schedule
All Classes and Wellbeing currently take place in the Willow Room and are open to all levels and abilities. On beautiful sunny days, classes may be taken by the pond or in the vines.

Schedule: July 15th - September 15th
Adult wellness/ fitness classes are $15 per session. Kids classes are $10 per session.

Classes are held either in the Willow Room, beside the pond or amongst the vines.
