We are seeking an all round superstar for the role of: Front of House + Admin + Sales in the Boutique Vineyard Hotel, Cellar Door & Bistro.
The position will only suit extremely well-rounded applicants that can think on their feet, follow process and be extremely dynamic while always staying focussed on the small details.
Duties to include all or some of: food & beverage service, coffee making, events, leading wine tastings / direct sales, guest experience, conciergerie & admin. You will have worked successfully in customer facing roles for at least 2 years, be efficient in time management, have excellent computer skills and a proven track record in sales.
This is a full time, permanent position in a fast growing operation.

FoH Team Player + Admin + Sales
This runner role is a completely mixed role in our Boutique Hotel, Cellar Door + Bistro.
The position will only suit well-rounded applicants that can think on their feet. Duties include all or some of: food & beverage service, odd-jobs, kitchen-hand, housekeeping, gardening, washing dishes & glassware.
This role can evolve for the correct candidates.
We are looking for a candidate that takes pride in their work, loves people & quality service.
Hospitality experience is not essential.
Seasonal position open NOW in Gibbston, Central Otago, NZ. Just outside of Queenstown. Own transport and accommodation necessary.
